At VamikaHub, we take pride in curating beautiful and trendy accessories for girls. Each product is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@vamikahub.in with your order number, issue details, and product image.
- Items must be unused and returned with original packaging, tags, and protective covers intact.
- Once approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 working days at no additional cost.
- In case the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are non-returnable:
- Hair accessories (including claws, clips, bands)
- Earrings and studs
- Items under ₹99
- Cosmetic-use accessories (e.g., beauty tools, applicators)
- Custom combo packs or curated gift boxes
If such products are delivered damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis after inspection.
Refunds
- Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned product in original condition.
- Refunds will be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Wallet (Paytm/PhonePe) based on your preference.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement by emailing us at support@vamikahub.in.
- If the order has already been shipped, please refuse delivery and notify us. Refunds will be processed after we receive the return.
- If shipping has already been paid or incurred, a ₹60 deduction may apply.
Important Notes
- If your package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept it from the delivery agent.
- Partial returns from combo packs are not accepted.
- Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
- VamikaHub reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy terms.
